Top notch professionals. I see Polet Loynaz for acupuncture. She is the best acupuncturist I’ve experienced in the 28 years I have been receiving acupuncture treatments. Polet is genuine and truly gifted. So grateful for her help. The herbal pharmacy is also wonderful. Polet has given me a number of formulas and each one has been perfect for me. We are blessed to have these folks in San Diego🙏
Can’t say enough about SDHM and Veronika. Acupuncture and cupping have been the only way my chronic pain is being relieved. I go weekly, and do PT exercises at home prescribed by Veronika. I look forward to my weekly sessions so much!

Highly recommend San Diego Herbal Medicine. I have been going to Veronika about a year now and she has helped me with my physical, mental, moods, and most of all premenopausal symptoms.
