Best employees ever! They went above and beyond, to welcome me, as a brand new rider, into the Harley owners family. They were highly recommended, to me. I will be passing on the recommendation to everyone.
Placed an order online with them and haven't heard anything except for our confirmation. Patiently waited over two weeks have been attempting to contact them by phone for several days and haven't gotten a phone call back. Left several voicemails and still nothing. Left emails to simply be updated on our order and no response. Very frustrated that we can't even talk to anyone to get a simple update. Update 12/16/15 - SDHD contacted me and resolved issue. Thank you for the update.

What an amazing store! We went there on our trip from the UK. My husband wanted a particular part, whilst they did not have it they sourced it for us and we picked it up at another store. They even gave my husband a tour of the shop and members facilities, which put ours in the UK to shame.
Friendly, very helpful, it feels like family when you buy a bike from them.
