Two days ago I went to a competitor in South Bay, not mentioning names though. I couldn't get help there so today I went to SDHD on Morena Blvd . A beautiful young woman whose name is Kylah helped me with finding a pair of boots in my size and I tried on 4 or 5 styles. Then she helped me with gloves, coats, a watch and a belt buckle. I love this place! I bought my bike from here a couple years ago and still get a hug from T-Bone every time I come in! The parts guys are always helpful and have never let me down! They are honest and help me pick the best accessories when I'm looking. The ladies in retail take their time with me and I feel truly valued as a customer here!

While we were in San Diego for my girlfriend's oldest son's graduation from Marine corps boot camp and stopped in to check out the store(add to the collection of Harley dealer location shirts and chips we've gathered). Long story short, we received assistance from Tini, she is truly awesome and given the opportunity to get back there to visit from Minnesota, if everyone else there is even half of how we were treated by Tini it's definitely a hell yes!!!
