They've overcharged me multiple times. Every time I go, I ask them how much my visit will cost me out of pocket and they tell me that my insurance will be covering it and then months later I get a bill from them. The first time I went here, the doctor walked into the room with a prescription in hand, she hadn't even seen me or talked to me at this point. Dr Gordon is an excellent physician, and always fixes my ailments.
This updated review took about 5 years to write. I wanted to maintain neutrality. This review is deep, so I encourage reader discretion. I will mainly talk about severe acne scarring. My father, who failed his medical exams, refused to get my acne treated while I was in middle school and high school. Therefore. I had to deal with chronic acne. I cancelled my appointment and went somewhere else. I walked in to make an appointment because I was in the building. The receptionists made me feel like I am disturbing them. I just ignored and went ahead and made the appointment because it’s close to where I live. But I just can’t make myself to go back there and see them again. Also the schedule they gave me was 2 months far. If you need a dermatology place, please do not even try going here.
