I called no answer i texted to get my daughter a replacement pair of glasses because we got our glasses here and they told me to go somewhere else like how they text back was so rude.

Extended vacation apparently can’t even make an appointment for the future here. Never heard of anything like this, assuming they just don’t want more medi-cal patients. Possibly good service when you get in but the run around is wild.
Wow! I received great eye care at this clinic. Top tier service done by the best, Esther Herrera! She was very professional and treated me with the utmost respect. Also, my experience here was phenomenal. It was easy to create an appointment, communication was great from them, it was super clean when I went as well. I felt safe with Esther as well, I will come back to her when needed. 5/5, would recommend to anyone looking for an eye clinic.
