The staff were not very attentive, I went last year and can finally change my review, the staff were very adamant on us all leaving good reviews to the point where it was a bit annoying. During our whole time there all the staff were chatting to each other and we're not considerate of our time, we got out a little later than we should've and we all said that we were never going back again. Also when one of us were told that their glasses would be ready, they said it wasn't and that there would be a delay of at least a week.
I called no answer i texted to get my daughter a replacement pair of glasses because we got our glasses here and they told me to go somewhere else like how they text back was so rude.

Extended vacation apparently can’t even make an appointment for the future here. Never heard of anything like this, assuming they just don’t want more medi-cal patients. Possibly good service when you get in but the run around is wild.
