I had a dental emergency on a Sunday, and Dr. Kasiri was super nice and took care of it. I had an implant that was falling out, and we had to do a last-minute extraction. Thank you, Dr. Kasiri.
This is one of the best places in the world. The doctor helped us and explained everything clearly. My husband had been in pain for almost three days, and this place can provide real emergency care, even at 8 p.m. on a Saturday. The prices are very affordable, and the staff is polite and patient. It's the best experience we've had, and we will definitely return. We are more than happy now and feel relieved. If you have a problem and think that nobody can help, come to this place—you will be taken care of.
I had an awful experience at this office. I came in with a dental emergency, hoping for clear answers and help, but the dentist avoided every question I asked. It felt like they were more interested in pushing unnecessary services that would cost a fortune than addressing my concerns. I left feeling unheard and unsure about my situation, which is unacceptable when dealing with an urgent issue. If you’re looking for a place that values transparency and patient care, I would strongly recommend going elsewhere.
Anyone who can help me making a formal complaint on this place. My wife and daughter were on a plane getting ready to fly to San Diego. Daughter has had some tooth issues and whatever happened she was all of a sudden in horrific pain and wife looked online along with me from home and she called this place.
