Been going since 2023, I like my Dr and her PA and I don't have any issues with them. I know everyone complains about the calling front desk, but they have always returned my calls same day or next business day. Also, they respond quickly whenever I use the Sharp App or through their direct email. Only thing I dislike is the parking situation, everyone double parks or some of spots aren't big enough for SUVs. So, I do have to come a little earlier to find or wait for parking.

Every time I try and call to set up and appointment they never answer it’s EVERYTIME and I leave a voicemail and never get a call back I have to keep calling back the workers here are very rude and disrespectful and I’m sure they ignore the calls because it’s insane how they never answer the phone

My mom had been coming here since 2002, and my dad recently started going to this location. It seems like the office staff has clearly changed recently and they’re doing a terrible job. It’s impossible to get a hold of anyone over the phone; constantly being sent to voicemail. Understandable if it’s busy, but at least call back? My dad went in person and was ignored for over 20 mins. He even tried calling while waiting to be helped just to see and no one picked up the phone. Clearly, other people have the same issue. Be prepared to never have anyone answer the phone. When I finally got a hold of someone she told me she could schedule me in three months and then threatened that she would cancel the appointment if I don’t have my primary fax my progress notes to them, and that the progress notes have to have a diagnosis that matches my referral. I told her I don’t have a diagnosis which is why I’m being referred to a specialist, she just continued to threaten she would cancel the appointment without record of my diagnosis.
