Be prepared to never have anyone answer the phone. When I finally got a hold of someone she told me she could schedule me in three months and then threatened that she would cancel the appointment if I don’t have my primary fax my progress notes to them, and that the progress notes have to have a diagnosis that matches my referral. I told her I don’t have a diagnosis which is why I’m being referred to a specialist, she just continued to threaten she would cancel the appointment without record of my diagnosis. Very difficult to get anyone on the phone to be able to pay a bill. Also very difficult to get anyone on the phone to schedule appointments. I have paid for testing with a recent surgery done at San Diego Endoscopy (where this office sends you to have work actually done) and now this office is attempting to force me into an office visit to review the results for some reason. I was told the PA that I was working with "Isn't doing any phone calls at the moment." and that they will be billing me for an office visit. What? Sound... read more

Great staff and great doctors that keep saving my life. A life-saving endoscopy by the great Dr Michael Bennett who is no longer there. He caught Barrett's esophagus which would have taken me out. And then there's the wonderful doctor Sergio Flores. He is the very best at what he does and his procedures are very calming. It's his professionalism and aura. It makes me look forward to these procedures. And then there's the amazing doctor Reza Khoshini. He is quite passionate about keeping me alive and the master of his craft! ... read more
