Great staff and great doctors that keep saving my life. A life-saving endoscopy by the great Dr Michael Bennett who is no longer there. He caught Barrett's esophagus which would have taken me out. And then there's the wonderful doctor Sergio Flores. He is the very best at what he does and his procedures are very calming. It's his professionalism and aura. When I got a referral to this office I tried for 2 weeks straight to get a hold of them and nobody answered the phone, half the time the voicemail wouldn't pick up and then when you leave a message they don't call you back. Finally ended up getting a woman who apologized profusely made my appointment waited a month and then decided to cancel my appointment. Tried to call two weeks prior to canceling my appointment nobody picks up the phone again, the voicemail doesn't pick up and they don't return messages. Obviously nobody'... read more
Terrible experience. Similar billing nightmare to other reviews here. Preventative colonoscopy (totally covered by insurance with no copays, etc) in 3/2024 was double billed. I had to file a grievance with Sharp who confirmed by letter in 5/2024 that they acknowledge are no longer billing me. Then in 9/2024, I get the bill again with the same claim number! So it wasn't taken care of! Because it was double billed, one of the bills shows $0.00 but there's another bill that shows a balance. It pains me to place a negative revie... read more
