Dr. J and his staff were amazing. From obtaining the appointment, to making sure my insurance was taken care of to the actual dental work everyone was friendly and supportive. I have a fear of dentists and this turned out to be and excellent experience. Thank you Elaine and Dr. J for making it all very smooth and comfortable.

I found Smiles by Design through a Groupon offer for XRays, an exam and a cleaning. I thought the hygenist and dentist were excellent and didn't treat me like a second class "cheapo" citizen at all. They also didn't hard sell on fillings or other expensive items but they did tell me all about potential areas of concern. All in all, a great experience and I would definitely go back or recommend them to others, no question.
Due to a business commitment, I had to re-schedule and get in before I left town. The staff made it easy to schedule and even called me to move up my appointment when there was a cancellation.

Nicest office on earth. I've been to so many and so many dentists are shady, overcharge, upsell, are really unscrupulous. I've only had one visit and yes they did tell me I need some really pricy work but I've been having trouble with this bridge for about 9 years and haven't even been to the dentist in more than 2 years so it's no surprise. Accommodated my schedule for a Saturday crown replacement, friendly and professional, they do it right the first time!
the dentist is pretty fast at replacing fillings
