The process seemed efficient and quick. I think what could improve this experience is providing more transparency of the process. Explaining the step by step play prior or during the appointment. Otherwise pretty painless experience and I will recommend to others.
Staff was very friendly, they made me feel comfortable as if I've been a patient of theirs for a long time.
