This was the first big house work needed to be done since buying the home a few years ago. We have an existing concrete tile roof and electric solar panels. We had roof repair done on various areas until we finally had a leak. We were told by other contractors that we probably had a good five years left on our roof (underlayment). I'm glad we discovered SD County Roofing. We had a small leak in the garage roof and Dillon and team showed up as scheduled and spent the best part of an hour checking everything out. They gave us several options and we chose to have the roof resealed instead of replaced. The team that did the work was very professional, and took lots of pics so we could see what was happening. Glad we chose them..got it done just before the March rains in San Diego. Highly recommend
We've had a very good experience working with San Diego County Roofing & Solar on a few projects at our rental property, including our most recent re-roof of a couple of flat roof units. We appreciate that everyone we've worked with (lead roofer Edgar, estimator Dylon and crew) have all been professional and hardworking, and always get the job done on time and within the expected budget. Highly recommended.
Amazing service, from the day of the estimate to efficient installation. These folks know what they're doing. Roof looks great and left everything clean.
SDCR just reroofed my home. They seem very knowledgeable and competent, and completed the work on time. The initial costs were very expensive (compared to other roofing and solar quotes I received), and after signing the work contract the overall costs became higher than expected, so we would probably look elsewhere next time. We also added a small amount of solar power, and this is where communication between SDCR and their solar partner could have been better.
