If I could rate it lower I would. The Freeman group which is a union of employees for conventions - were extremely rude and slow. The security supervisor and assistant did not diffuse the situation but rather made it worse. Well after midnight we finally receive our goods which were supposed to be delivered at 7pm.
Comfortable beds, cozy fire place in the room, antique accents and decor all around the hotel and top it all off with organic natural soaps and shampoos. We were intrigued with hotel's history and hauntings but didn't experience anything supernatural. I'd stay here again next time in San Diego and I'd recommend it to others considering a stay in a historic hotel in downtown SD.
