Kept Kalm But Overal Great Experience
Awesome convention center; love going to Comic-Con and the car show.
The convention is out of control. They sell too many tickets. Too crowded, can't enjoy looking at booths. They hired temp help that doesn't know where anything is located. The fire marshal closed the Animation booth because it was too crowded on Thursday. So on Friday they were trying to control the crowd but they failed miserably. The girl that worked the line was very rude. She had no experience and no customer service. She was yelling at everyone to keep the line moving. This was the worst experience I had. Had a great time at Comic Con 2018. Staff and security were polite, pleasant and helpful when I had a question. Kudos for another successful event.
