Just like every other government funded clinic. Horrible turnover. Constant mistake that are always the patients fault, the patients has to suffer the consequences of THIER mistakes. ALWAYS Always a flag Everytime you go in. They drug test you more than they have to to charge insurance for it. All money schemes you suffer for. DONT GO HERE!! I went here for a year. My counselor for about 6 months, Giselle, treated me so badly. Now, I go to SOAP MAT in San Diego, and they actually care about and respect me. SOAP MAT doesn't judge you or require groups, I don't have a flag every time I go in to dose, my counselor is very professional and genuinely cares about me. At SOAP MAT, you have easy access to the doctor, and the waiting room is very comfortable. There's a lot CTC could learn from SOAP MAT.

If you have a job and work everyday do not come to this facility! You will loose your job or get terminated from the program! Everyday it's a hassle to dose! And the front desk, lady carmen, is beyond rude and very unprofessional. Worst experience I've ever had from a clinic multiple times not just 1x .
