When I was diagnosed with Colon Cancer 5 years ago, I was referred to a couple surgeons and when I met with Dr. Worsey I knew he was the right one for me. He made me feel comfortable and he was confident he could get the cancer out and he did! Due to my diagnosis my sister got a colonoscopy and she too had colon cancer and Dr. Worsey was her doctor through everything. We are both cancer free now and so thankful that we found Dr. Worsey. I have had multiple surgeries mostly with professional sports teams physicians who are excellent. My treatment and surgery with Dr. Worsey has been an even better experience. Dr. Worsey takes the time to explain conditions and treatments to make the best decisions possible. He is always on time and very professional. I had a great experience and outcome from my surgery. I cannot praise Dr Beiermeister enough! I needed a second opinion and after extensive research I found Dr Beiermeister, who came to see me in hospital. 3 months prior to meeting Dr Beiermeister I had had an emergency appendectomy which had been aborted due to severe infection and inflamed appendix which had fused itself to my redundant colon along with a distorted anatomy that made the surgery complicated.
