I drove down here and nobody has answered the phone or door. No number listed on the door. It says they are open. Need to fill out documents. Not technology savvy.
If I could give it no stars I would. The phone is never answered, and in order to leave a message you must listen to a 8 minute recording. Super unprofessional! The woman Valerie literally has no idea what's going on in her own company nor the paperwork she's asking people to oblige and sign. She was well over 15 minutes late, never provided me with a zoom link... but instead left it to me for search for it in a random document uploaded the morning of the appointment in the portal even have found it, she was still 15 mins la... read more
My children's father was required to attend groups here. He had to re-enroll after getting kicked out for missing or being late to online sessions. He re-applied again, got kicked out again. Re-applied a 3rd time, and they took weeks to try to call back. Left their voicemail full. It seemed like it was done on purpose so he wouldn't be involved in any services at the time court occurred, so Child & Family Well Being could close out the case.
