This people suck! I’ll never donate to San Diego blood bank ever again this people are so incompetent and they are not even nurses stay away from this place. It was a total waste of time and they hurt my arm and on top of that they couldn’t take the whole unit of blood.
Terrible experience. Staff seemed very incompetent. Made an appointment and when I arrived the place was empty. Yet, I still ended up waiting for over 40 minutes and just ended up walking out due to them having the wrong contact information twice. Advise staff get more training on basic computer applications and technology, not to mention better customer service. Especially considering people are there to donate their blood to help others.
I love giving blood the staff is great. A great suggestion for your design of t-shirts would be the local colleges art program and have your staff vote on the new logo. There we go
