I would give 10+ stars. My husband and I found an amazing mint-condition BMW X3 through Massimo. He is professional and passionate. He worked with us even though we live out of state. The process was smooth, and he provided so much knowledge that I felt confident in my new car. Any BMW I purchase in the future will always first be through Massimo. He takes pride in his vehicles, and his background gives him the credibility to do so. Worth the 2-day drive back to Texas!! Highly recommend.
