This review is LONG overdue. Found this incredible team of fur baby subject matter experts when Banfield caused my senior cat to perish, due to malpractice - I will never go back. Dr. Luecking and her team are the best. My 2 rescue cats are thriving thanks to this incredible group of canine/feline health care professionals. RIP Bonnie. :) Love, Jynx and Mochi
DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. STAY AWAY!!!! I would give a 0 star if I could. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a vet. I brought my dog in for an ear infection and somehow ended up paying almost $1,000 after they ran a bunch of tests. In the end, I walked out with a small bottle of medicine. The doctor even told me the problem could keep coming back, so I would probably have to come back again for more medicine. Super friendly staff and I had a really good experience :) Hours saved me as I got off work at 5pm and almost everything else was closed.
My vet closed recently so I was looking for a new vet. They popped up online and I signed up for an appointment. I get a call literally 5 minutes later saying I need to make a deposit $25 for the appointment. How tacky. I’ve never done that for my vet. Even My personal physician. Super random to make a vet appointment and have them calling for cash immediately after. I’m not going to give my business to people who are more interested in my money than my animal.
