My doctor sent this place a referral. Haven’t been able to schedule me an appointment for over a month already. Called and a lady on the phone at the mission location answered on 9/11/23 12:18pm. I tried to explain my situation and she instantly gave me attitude claiming that they are just a number where they take messages. Staff is nice but doesn’t follow through.
The Staff at this office is so incompetent!! I have left over 3 messages for Grace who is the person responsible for authorization for prescriptions. She doesn't have the common courtesy to call me back and let me know the status of authorization!!! US Bio has been reaches out to this Dr.'s office since the 16th regarding my son's medication needing authorization and today is the 24th. My son is scheduled to take this medication on Saturday and now won't be able to take it because of the incompetency of this office. I just g... read more
Very poor experience with this practice. The office is horrible about getting back to people. The never answer the phones. They are always too busy to get back to you. The doctor is also is not in right condition to be seeing patients and cannot assess appropriately. Dont go with them you will regret it.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! You'll be waiting for hours after your set appointment, everytime! WORST DOCTORS OFFICE I'VE EVER SEEN! I would have given negative stars if available. Never going back there!
