Made an appointment someone called to change the appointment. I asked them to send me an email with the new appointment because I was driving. They never did. Tried to call could not get through, sent an email 2 days no response. Called again talked to someone who had no idea when my appointment was and could not tell me. I used them before and it was fine, however, this was the worst service I have ever received. I would rather pay more than use these people.
Don’t not come for anything, my cat died just for getting her fix.
My kitten got spay and neuter 8/05/2026 when we arrived to check him in what was suppose to be just a drop off and pick up turn into a you really need to have this and that done on him be for he gets surgery it really is necessary I told the lady my cat had everything done already gave her all the paperwork I had prove that he had bloodwork done for leukemia she kept insisting they needed a resent one so I gave in because she said is required be for surgery I wanted surgery to be done for him I felt she really push it on me ... read more
The facility itself was clean and the staff were generally pleasant, but my experience with the pricing was disappointing. The advertised price was not what I ultimately paid. Additional fees were added for items such as “excess tissue” and because my pet was reportedly “in heat,” increasing the total by roughly $45 or more per item. None of these extra charges were made sufficiently clear upfront, so the final bill ended up significantly higher than expected. I cannot recommend San Diego Affordable Spay and Neuter Clinic enough! My primary veterinarian quoted me over $1,000 to spay my Persian cat, Luna. At San Diego Affordable Spay and Neuter Clinic, I paid less than $500 for her spay surgery, vaccinations, and flea treatment. As a Persian, Luna required additional precautions to help ensure a safer anesthetic experience, and I truly appreciated how seriously the team took her care.
