I just received a call from a "James from ARTA", who called from a blocked number, and asked if I already had my accent evaluation done. When I asked why he is calling from a blocked number, he replied, "Who cares, just answer the question." When I replied, "Are you serious? Is this how you talk to your customers?" He said, "You are not a customer yet," and hung up the phone.
I had no personal experience from this company but just by judging from the only review about them was enough for me to pass.
