Staff tried to sell me on an expensive and unnecessary procedure that is not covered by insurance and became angry and uncooperative about providing a referral when I refused.
Dr. Chen was very nice and comforting to my son (who had his front tooth knocked out). He was also very reassuring for me and answered all of my questions and concerns. He is a very meticulous doctor and he was extremely focused when repairing my son’s chipped tooth. He did great and my son’s tooth looks really good! We will continue using him in the future.
