I’ve never been to doctors office where nobody wants to prescribe any medicine. Not good at all
Everytime i go they always tell me there’s nothing they can do for me i’ve even had a doctor come in and sent me home without asking me anything… turns out there was something wrong👎🏽
I have never experienced such a terrible medical office. I called to make an appointment because I’m feeling ill and I was told they can see me and to go to urgent care. I asked for updated vaccine and they said they can’t see me because I’m feeling sick. Cold and flu symptoms by the way. Not to mention they always mess up my husbands prescription medication and he goes a while without his medicine due to their malpractice. I had been seeing Dr. Reynaga ( best doc ever!) at this location. I was in the ER for an accident and was told to follow up with my PCP. Imagine my shock when I called to make an appt only to discover he was transferred to another location. Alas the front desk never had the professionalism to tell me he was no longer there. I called the new location, but they don’t accept my insurance, so now I have to start from scratch to find a new PCP with a different medical group. Thanks for nothing Optum!!
