I CALLED THE NURSE PRACTITIONER, UKAMAKA UNIYA MULTIPLE TIMES ABOUT REFILLING SLEEP MEDS; SHE NEVER EVER CALLED ME BACK. THEN SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO SEE ME IN APRIL AND THIS OFFICE SAID I DIDNT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT, AND THAT SOMEONE WOULD LOOK INTO WHAT HAPPENED TO MY APPOINTMENT. I NEVER RECEIVED THAT CALL EITHER IN 4 WEEKS. IVE MOVED ON TO ANOTHER MORE PROFESSIONAL OPTUM. NEVER MET DR BAIDOO, BUT I HEARD FROM RELIABLE SOURCES THAT HIS PROFESSIONALISM IS LOW TOO. DO NOT SIGN WITH THIS OPTUM. YOULL BE SORRY
Waited only a few minutes. Front desk and nurse staff were courteous and friendly. NP was pretty good but not thorough enough with her questioning, and she over-prescribed an anti-inflammatory regime (per the Pharmacist).
I’ve never been to doctors office where nobody wants to prescribe any medicine. Not good at all
Everytime i go they always tell me there’s nothing they can do for me i’ve even had a doctor come in and sent me home without asking me anything… turns out there was something wrong👎🏽
I have never experienced such a terrible medical office. I called to make an appointment because I’m feeling ill and I was told they can see me and to go to urgent care. I asked for updated vaccine and they said they can’t see me because I’m feeling sick. Cold and flu symptoms by the way. Not to mention they always mess up my husbands prescription medication and he goes a while without his medicine due to their malpractice.
