I had been seeing Dr. Reynaga ( best doc ever!) at this location. I was in the ER for an accident and was told to follow up with my PCP. Imagine my shock when I called to make an appt only to discover he was transferred to another location. Alas the front desk never had the professionalism to tell me he was no longer there. I called the new location, but they don’t accept my insurance, so now I have to start from scratch to find a new PCP with a different medical group. Thanks for nothing Optum!!
Woke up at 8am on a Friday for a TB test and they tell me my doctor is not with them but they can still do the test for me. They take my copay/run my insurance card and the overall visit takes TWO hours as they forgot about me in my room. I had to leave my room just to get someone's attention so I could have the TB test taken and the nurse told me she didn't know the that the person who usually does the tests was out today. She did the test for me and I was out soon after. They told me to come back on Monday to get my result... read more
