My mother went to get help to apply for medical and black lady said she cant help in spanish and told her her to buy private insurance if she vant get help of her private medical worker.
Some of these low rating reviews are very old. I came by at 12pm for a vaccine and was taught about low cost options for someone without health insurance. Staff was accommodating and very nice, especially Jessica who helped me with all the info. I waited about 40 minutes but arrived to my appointment early. Call and make an appointment this place is great for medical needs!
Words cannot express how grateful I am for them. I lost my job and insurance and was in urgent medical need to get insulin pushed through, I walked in and they were so helpful (nurses, staff, doctors) and fighting for my insulin to get pushed through and authorized. Amazing team
This is the second time I come and it is the same thing. Well out of all the other times. These workers are so slowwwww, the DMV office is faster than these people . They have us waiting for 2 hours in the lobby, people waiting with their babies, old people, disabled people , and all you hear is their fingers on the keyboard doing who knows what, because their not moving the damn line. PLEASE WORK ON GETTING FASTER WE HAVE THINGS TO DO, CONSIDER OUR TIME!!!! Have a nice day.
