I wait long time for my test, was loosing my patience, but the lady at the window made a difference with her kindness I’ll recomend you this practice, their technicians are gently and professional in the treat with their patients . Congratulations!!
Less than a half hour wait on a first time visit
With everything that i have going on, the staff has been patient, warm and compassionate. Not in a rush. Through i truly appreciate this facility. It is always clean as well.
The wait is ok for X-ray wihthout an appointment . The whole time there from when we sat till we left was 32 min. Office was clean. Other customers were kind of annoying . Overall 4.5/5
Great service. On Time, ultrasound ladies treated me very nice and professional ! Good experience !
I had an appointment at 1:10 and was told to check in 30 minutes early. I checked in 35 minutes early. At 1:30 still wasn't called back so went to desk to be told my appointments was at 1:30 and I checked in way too early. I had the text they sent me saying 1:10. Get told your next. Thirty minutes later I get called back. I left after 3:00.
Horrible customer service stoll waiting after 2 hours
It took a long time ! But the x-Ray Tech was fantastic and so was some of the other staff just a really long wait
They where quick and even able to give me a CD for I had to leave for another appt. This facility is faster then most Radnets. I will go there for my radiology request.
