They were all very friendly and there was no wait at all. They took me right in on my appt time. I give them 5 stars and would recommend them to anyone who needs imaging.
As for the main waiting room , waiting was pretty normal. When the technician called she explained what to do and where to go , she took care of Business � THANK YOU
My experience was great. I was taken care of in a timely manner. There was paperwork to complete so I arrived 30 minutes early. It was to my advantage to be early.
One of the worst experiences. I was told to be an hour early. I didn’t get taken to the back for an 90 minutes. The front desk didn’t give me the contrast to drink , so I had to get an IV . I will never go back , I’d rather drive an hour away then deal with such incompetence . I hadn’t eaten for 7 hours, as a chemo patient, I should be eating every 2 hours, so I felt very sick. I explained this to the person at the front know, but nothing was done .
I was taken care of fast I believe it took just 30 minutes and I was do it was my first tim been their.
If you have an appointment you are in and out pretty quickly.
Great customer service, this place is clean and organize!

My experience was excellent, the staff was professional, polite, and proficient. The waiting was minimal. I was treated friendly and with respect. The doctor was complete and explained everything at every stage, I was very happy with my visit.
