I'm upset with 2 things,1st I had apts 2 times checked in early,set awhile before called to window can't do what I needed done no Dr to read results,I had to get a ride there and home it cost me money both times,and told to go to riverside which is even further. 2nd some one did not turn in all my insurance ,now I'm getting bills that they claim I owe co pay for,I have no co pay media cal and extra help pay this.this is still pending,I'm really upset,what kind of place are you running?

Very clean .I got in quick. The lady named Annette was very nice.. we have the same name and birthday. The cray tec was nice and quick..over all a nice place. One thing turn the TV on gun smoke or something.
It was fast n got out quick .good job.
Staff was great. Just had to wait a bit. But that's expected.
I had a good experience there. The were pretty quick, thurough, explained everything well. I would return if i needed to without a problem. Thank you Jim dedman

This location is terrible. My appointment was at 1Pm, I wasn't seen until 1:47Pm. They are unorganized and over crowded. I've been to the Rancho Cucamonga and Upland locations, and never experienced anything as bad as I did in the San Bernardino location. They didn't have the decency to communicate why they were running behind. They just leave you sitting in an over crowded lobby, like you're the last kid at childcare, waiting for your parents to pick you up.
