Recommendedi got there 45 mins early .I waited 5 minutes for them to call my name. the place was packed. the staff was very courteous

I got there 20 min before appt time. Did paperwork. Done with paperwork and turned in 5 min before appt time. Didn’t get called back for an additional 20 minutes although there want a backup in appts according to the tech. Front office has bad attitude and poor skills. Didn’t let tech know i was there until well after appt time. Seems like the front office manager isn’t doing a good job of monitoring them. Tech great. I was very pleased with my appointment today at the Advanced Imaging in San Bernardino the young lady at the window I wish I would have got her name was awesome she was curious had a very nice smile and was very nice how to fill out a couple of forms which was easy breezy and no more than 5 minutes was I call to the back that only lasted maybe about 10 minutes the lady that did the procedure for the mammogram was awesome very nice very soothing and very comforting I was very pleased with my appointment there today thank you ... read more
