It is okay to wait with a professional staff and friendly than to not fall in line but the staff are rude and unprofessional despite what kind of insurance you have. What matters most is how you deal with people checking in because that follows everything. Hope all places are like this one unlike a certain laboratory co. that we went to. Keep it up!
