Bestvexperience i ever had as far as scheduling wait time and courtesy. Very professional
The lady that did my Ultrasound was amazing! They took me in right away, I got there way before my scheduled appointment time and was out before the scheduled time!! Being a MA myself the staff doing check ins could be more friendly.
My needs were taken care of in a timely manner. And the staff was caring and courteous. Thank you San Bernardino Advanced Imaging.

I had a telephone appointment at 11:00 am. After getting ready to come down from Lake Arrowhead, I checked my cell phone and determined that my appointment had been changed to 1:00 pm. I would think that as a common courtesy you would check with me to see if I would be available to come during that time. The change caused me considerable consternation. A phone call to my nome would have solved this problem!
The girl at the front desk was very helpful and polite I was called within 5 minutes and out within another five I would recommend radnet to any of my friends who need Imaging
Courteous staff, thorough, timely, kind.
Bldg is easy to find. Staff is fast & efficient. Everything was so Clean!
