I’m Not happy Centro Med took over and it sucks. I am no longer happy coming to this place. Anyone out there knows of a better pediatric office. Lmk. That is not with Centro med.
I had an appointment on Monday the 16 and the nurse Mary I think that’s her name (by the way she’s very rude), told me they couldn’t see my baby, I asked them why and she said because it’s not time for her check up, she’s going to be 9 months on the 26, so I told them then why give me an appointment before, I didn’t know they could not see her before, why you don’t train your schedule staff, I waste my time and with a baby is not easy to go anywhere, very frustrating and disappointed.

By far the worst. Nurses are rude as hell when ask questions. Took 4 hours to get seen you are better off going to a ER same wait time. And don’t have to deal with rude nurses. Don’t come here.no customer service. No organization only thing they had going for them was the Dr
Looking to switch my daughter to a different doctor. TWICE I have made dr appts and somehow the appt gets messed up. I was told her appt is at San Saba location only to show up at the San Saba location and told it was actually made for a different location. Then the second appt I made I called to confirm (cause they messed up that last appt) and was told it was made for a different day when I clearly made the appt for the 12th. The wait time is the WORST!!! They schedule you an appointment for nothing because you will be here 2 hours before you see the Doctor. The staff looks miserable, the office is dirty and could use some new wall paper (this one has been here 17 yrs) I know because I brought my eldest child here 17 years ago for the first time. I was only loyal for so long because of Dr. Angel Garcia DelVillar( was my pediatrician) and now because Dr. Juan Edwardo Carballo is truly a great Doctor but I can't say that for the others.
