Request a high floor, the view is awesome!!! 24hr pizza available at Perks in the lobby.
Don't valet and try not to use shop in lobby. Otherwise great hotel.
This place charges for Internet access PER device. I find that a bit disgusting given the rates here!
Close to Rivercenter but not as nice as Rivercenter Marriott .
Disappointed in the absence of pride in the hotel. After an alarm went off for 20 min on our floor last night we an apology and comp'ed parking, which was already free to guests of the hotel. Bummed!

I really like this Hyatt. It is above average consistently for a Hyatt in service, appearance, etc. Closer to the "mall" and convention center vs the other nearer Hyatt hotels on river walk, but ≥$
For as fancy and expensive as this place is you'd think they'd at least have free Wifi.
I'm at the front of this God-awful line. For $150, you can have this spot. I'm super cereal!
