Fabulous property with sweeping views of the city!
Wonderful place to relax near Riverwalk with service-oriented team who aims to please. Don't hesitate to ask for concierge for guidance or help.
Rebecca at the registration desk is great. This should be "Hotel R" because of her great service!
The pools are great , the location is good . It has a directly acces to river walk . Good place . The staff is not to friendly but good place to stay

Hotel rooms have bedbugs. Nachos at Bar Rojo are good. Fitness center and pool area nice. In-room breakfast was disappointing (food wise- tasteless). Staff was friendly.
