Very helpful staff. Had to reprint boarding passes and a very nice lady walked us through the process when she could've left us on our own. Security went smoothly and TSA agents were polite and helpful.

The employees at the airport was some of the best I have ever met. When I returned home I had to mention that factor to everyone who ask how my trip was. Just being at the airport was such a relaxing experience. Everyone was do courteous and friendly. I wish Chicago's airports were like that. Great job San Antonio!!!!!
4 stars imply cause of all the construction going on San Antonio takes forever to build!
They have usb charging ports in every chair, bloody brilliant.
Seems like a nice airport. I'll have a more accurate opinion after I fly out. Flying in was fine.
Waiting areas are too small, not enough seats. Not enough bathrooms.
Southwest Airlines has the best employees. Always helpful and friendly. I understand the TSA agents have a tough job but they don't need to be so rude at SAI.
It's clean, easy to navigate. Rental car system works flawless. People that work at the gates were friendly.
