Safety first. They do the right thing for safe travel. Delay on tar mat while all planes were de-iced. Very good to be reassured.
Airport was great ! The employees were very friendly ! They do need more signage when returning rental vehicles back to airport!

San Antonio TSA Pre-Check, very disappointing & unprofessional of you to give me trouble about my breast milk for my 8 month old infant. Rude employee with little understanding but a rude face & enforcing a strict policy. Only until I asked to speak with a manager did I get understanding & a more appropriate screening �
It's just an airport, you know really uncomfortable no matter which one your at!
The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and well trained. The lanes are well marked, signage is clear, security is highly visible.

I love San Antonio and their airport, clean and modern. They are working hard to make SAT even better with a new parking, rental car and transportation structure which should be very convenient. Eveyone is helpful and friendly, real southern hospitality. TSA folks are great and the lines.. well there usually arent any. Travel here several times a year.
