We had a marvelous time visiting SAN ANTONIO, I love your city! The airport is nice, clean, everyone friendly, and ease of convenience is splendid. My only complaint is the amount of time we had to wait to catch our shuttle to Budget car rental (34 mins). I know that doesn't seem long to most, but when other buses have come and gone repeatedly and you have a meeting in an hour,, it's unacceptable! Thank you
Airport is decent. Good variety of restaurants. Two thumbs down on Starbucks. Go to Duncan Donuts instead. Better coffee. Better Customer service. Friendlier employees. Two thumbs down on Dollar/Thrifty car rental. Their name is deceiving. They nickel and dime you to death. Not so Thrifty and "Dollar" just means how much more you end up paying.
It's nice on the inside but flying American out of there sucks. You have to check you bags at one end of the airport (terminal B) then we had to go to the other end of the airport (terminal A) to go through TSA and catch my flight out. Should be organized a little better
good service and clean, Although, it is very unfortunate, they have a lot of staff, racist and rude
Went smooth friendly people , security very rude even my son said the same thing as I was thinking so I told him yes they were but I told him Son they have to be this way cause if they aren't there's people are more rude to them when they probably just trying to do there job...
The people at this facility were very friendly and helpful even assisting me in getting on an earlier flight back to Chicago before the snow storms shut Midway down. Can't thank these people enough.
I have never been through a friendlier airport's TSA than SAT. Their staff were so professional and kind and the cleanliness was impeccable!
There's always room for improvement in every department ���
I didn't like how my bags were searched the zipper was left open and clothing was hanging out when I got it back
