Clean, well maintained. Good hearted TSA personell.
Very friendly and very helpful staff! I would be happy to travel in or out of that airport again in the future.
Going there to pick up a family member flying in from Michigan.. ...Can barely wait to go find him and bring him back to New Braunfels.. Will see him next month..Always have done well here.. We have not seen this airport for about 6 years.. We need to see and know what changes have been made ... so will drive there soon and check out the whole thing.. Handicap parking areas.. etc..
Patricia, working with Prospect, was extremely unfriendly and not customer service appropriate. She sighed and made us to feel as we were incompetent and bothersome to her. All because the computer was not accepting my payment for luggage at the United Airlines counter. She had us ask other airport workers to help us. She was not willing to answer any questions, and shooed us away to someone else. Unacceptable!!! Either she needs to be reassigned or be sent to a Customer Service 101 Refresher Training. This airport looks nice and new but every time I visit there is never enough room to sit or stand. It seems like this airport was made 3 sizes too small. It's also limited in terms of bathrooms, I'm a guy and still typically have to walk pretty far to find one and wait in a line.
It's almost midnight and we've already been: Waiting half an hour on the runway because the other plane got to the gate first - you have only one, seriously!? Now still waiting yet again for over half an hour and still NO baggage - wth is going on?!
This is the best airport. TSAS were through and had a sense of humor at the same time. I think it was clean and an enjoyable experience.
