Not long lines, at least when I get there. Several decent food options for a smaller airport. Gets the job done.
There's so much construction going on. Quite confusing.....but once you get inside everyone is so friendly....I guess that's Texas for you!
Ot was clean and quiet which is very different from other airports I've been too great experience!!
Southwest was HORRIBLE! I got to the airport with my son at 11:21 and was arguing with a southwest agent for a hour and a half! She tried to tell me numerous times that I didnt pay the $50 unaccompanied minor fee which I paid for Feb 28th over the phone & reveived confirmation over the phone and in email! I even had my bank on the phone and sourhwest supervisor on a different cell phone! The whole time im arguing with southwest it wAs an issue on THEIR END not mines! I didn't have any problems with the airport itself. My problems were with Frontier Airlines and their deceptive practices. You have to pay to reserve a seat. Then they only allow tiny bags for carry on, anything bigger will cost you. Then the plane is very cramped like sardine can. I will never fly Frontier again.

No problems flying United out of San Antonio. Wisked through TSA, and those people were very friendly and helpful.
Security was super helpful in making sure I knew where I was going. Great experience!
