Small but very nice United Club. Airport clean. TSA/Pre a bit slow until an extra agent came to speed things up.

The airport was clean, TSA might be the best I've experienced , only downside was the off location rental car experience. Really crowded and difficult to cross the road to catch the bus. Hopefully someday they have on location rental car service.
The Airport is obviously trying to fix itself, but there is lots of work needing to be done. The Arrivals and Departures areas being kept separate is great, but the signage and Rental Car returns is a joke. Not one sign for rental cars until after I had made a full loop thru the airport and exited.
I came through security well before 8pm and went to Gate 12. The restroom was closed and the sign said I should go to the one at Baggage Claim. The same was true at the other restroom in the Southwest area said the same, as if I should go through security again to pee. Fortunately, the one on the Delta end was open, which the signs should have stipulated. I fly nearly every week and this was possibly the most ridiculous situation I have ever encountered in an airport. Thanks for asking my opinion.
