Ordered an arrangement for a friend and gave Bill creative freedom. What arrived was gorgeous and exactly what I had in mind. Bill's customer service was 12/10 and my only complaint is that I am out of state and can't use Bill for all of my floral needs! In a world where everyone wants to order online and avoid talking to people, support someone like Bill who just wants to bring some joy with his gift.
