RecommendedTook my Trek in for a tune-up on a first time visit. Shop just happened to be offering a tune-up special. Clay took a look at the bike and recommended a replacement chain while it was in for service. Bike was finished quick and at a reasonable cost. Picked up the bike and took it for a ride. It hasn’t been that smooth and quiet in a long time. I was very pleased with the service that Clay provided.
Love my bike, the friendly service, conversations, tid bits of bike information, location, and the pug.
Thought my bike needed a overhaul and was preparing for the worst. It only needed a new chain and adjustment on the gears and brakes. Cost was minimal! They could have easily pull the wool over my eyes and wouldn't think twice about buying new shocks, tires/tubes and cables. Business with integrity! That's not the best part. I picked up my bike at night in the rain and totally forgot my lights. They didn't let me leave until they snapped front and rear lights on my bike....FREE OF CHARGE. True customer care!
