Honestly, if you want to be treated like you matter and have an office that cares about the tenants, don't move here. All they want to do is make money. - charge for repairs on 15 year - old appliances - charge for blind slats and light bulbs - charge $25 fee to put notices on your door including one for late rent on the 2nd even though there is a grace period till the 5th. Hell No! Stay far away from this place!
Office Staff Is Rude And Unavailable 75% of the time. They make changes to your rental agreement and expect you to adjust with little notice. The grounds is not kept up throughout the complex. People dig through the dumpster and trash near the mailboxes (nothing is done about it)The Gate only works long enough to pass inspection. (5-6 days a YEAR) Back gate stays locked. one way in Zone way out. Scorpions are out of control. They charge $25 to deliver any paper notices. $5 per light bulb. $25 to clean clogged drains. I will never refer anyone to San Angelin. The staff is rude as hell and unprofessional and unorganized. They DONT like to do their job so you’ll have to call daily to check on them. Takes weeks/months to get things fixed in your apartment. This is a terrible place to live!!!
DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I applied to move into these apts because the rent was fair, PAID my holding fee on a Friday. Perla called me on the following Thursday (because she was off wed) to tell me that i was not approved and could not get my money back! She said that after the 72 hours its not refundable even tho NOBODY in the office attempted to call me within those days! Stay away from this place! They stole $200 from my family! Perla is a horrible Leasing Consultant, she should be fired.
