The receptionist is rude I was trying to explain why I was calling didn't let me talk put me on hold and when she got back on the phone I proceed to explain and she would interruptinterrupt me she was very rude,she got me very mad, if you are unhappy with your job leave the people and myself that are calling because with have a family member who is disabled or special needs and for someone with an ugly attitude like you should not be working there

My son just got done with early intervention moving on to the next but I have to say how much My husband and I appreaciate Vladimir Salcedo was his Coodinator he provided excellent service. I was very impressed , he understood i was under stress and not knowing what to do and he was on top of everything and made me feel at ease with the whole process. Couldn't be happier with the results. Professional and very attentive throughout the entire process. Thank you for a great experience!
