DO NOT GO HERE. The people at the store are friendly, however they cannot keep their own deadlines they set. I bought an engagement ring wedding band set in january and they said it would take them 8 weeks for them to resize both of them. They resized the engagement ring within the timeframe but it has taken them 3 months to get the wedding band part to me and the only reason they've given me is that it's a half size. I'm no expert but im pretty sure it doesnt take over 3 months to get a ring to a half size. Go anywhere else... read more

We purchased a ring from a store in the Samuel's family before moving to St. Louis. We had some issues with it and needed to exercise the warranty. The first manager of the store was very nice and helpful. He sent it off to the jeweler and always advocated for us, as we hoped he would. Then later in the year Maggie replaced him and once she heard about the issues we had been having, she took a personal interest in making sure we were 100% satisfied. I have nothing but positive things to say about the entire staff at this store! I have racked up quite a few visits to this location and have always been treated with nothing but the utmost respect. I have had contact with Earline, Candy, Becca, Maggie--store manager, and even the regional manager. Each and every one of them have bent over backwards to ensure that I left satisfied. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. It is very hard for me to dislike a person. Being that I also work in customer service I understand it is hard to be nice to certain people who are rude to you however, I always manage to provide good customer service but in my case, I was treated like garbage by a man who has a weird mustache and walks around the store like hes some sort of royalty.
