this was my first time using samuel's carpet cleaning service. i recently bought a home in los gatos, and the previous owners had pets that left old stains in the carpets. my first contact with trenton was online in the evening, and he got back to me right away. even though the weather was bad, he showed up and made my carpets look like new! he was professional, friendly, and quick to respond. the price was fair too. i’ll only use them for my carpet cleaning or any future repairs. great work!
