Jude and Trenton were really helpful when I needed my carpet cleaned. My dog had an accident on the carpet, but Jude arranged for Trenton to come over first thing in the morning. All the cleaning equipment was portable, so they didn’t need to bring any hoses inside. Trenton completely removed the stain, and now my dog can enjoy the carpet again. I highly recommend their carpet cleaning services for your home or office. They did a fantastic job!
wow, where do i start. the service from Samuel's Carpet Cleaning Service was amazing. trenton explained each step of the carpet cleaning process to me. i wish i had taken before and after photos, because my carpets look brand new now. i hadn't cleaned them since i moved in, and i didn't think they could ever look this good again. my carpets went from looking dull and grey to almost white. trenton also gave me helpful tips on how to keep the carpets clean if any stains happen. it was great to see his son working with him too.... read more

i had a great experience with this carpet cleaning company in los gatos. they were very professional, always on time, and friendly. i have a couch made from a delicate, unusual fabric, and jude listened carefully to my concerns both over the phone and in person. jude inspected the couch, explained what could be cleaned and what stains might be permanent because of the fabric, before starting any work. he also told me about a special sealant that helps spills bead up on the surface instead of soaking in, which worked well eve... read more
