I was very impressed with my visit! There was a sign, at arrival, welcoming me as a new patient. The office was very clean and the staff very nice. The layout of the office was warm and inviting and everyone made me feel comfortable after not having been to a dentist in a long time. They also offer a list of items for your visit, such as a blanket, neck pillow, paraffin dip, TV and headphones, which I thought was very cool! I definitely am looking forward to my next visit! Thanks!

When in for my semi-annual cleaning with Jacki and the visit was great, which is the norm at this office and with Jacki.

Everyone was very kind and personable. Took time to let me know they were running late and apologized (although it was not that late, it was a thoughtful gesture). They were very good at keeping me informed as to what they wer doing.
Administrative staff, reception, the billing/finance specialist, dental assistants, hygienists, dentists....everyone is exceptional in their skill and in their professionalism. This office is a well oiled machine that really does exceed in making the patient feel like they are the most important person in the office. The overall health of the patient, their mouth, their comfort, and especially education to prevent further problems is the focus of every single appointment. Dr. Baldwin is the gentlest dentist I have ever had.

Dr. Bander's entire team was incredibly professional and went above and beyond to accommodate me when my childcare provider was running late. As a new patient, I was grateful for the personal care I received from the front office staff and the highly professional and competent dental services that followed. Dr. Bander's office goes to great lengths to ensure a comfortable experience. I am excited to have found a new dental home.
