We’ve been using Samuel & Sons Carpet Care for our carpets, area rugs, and couches for many years, and the results are always amazing. I am very disappointed with the way Samuel & Sons conducted business this morning. We had scheduled an appointment for 12-22-25 with a time of 9-12pm for a cleaning. I received a phone call from, I believe the tech at 8:30am informing me that he would arrive between 12-1pm. I informed him that my wife and I spent the early morning clearing out the areas that were to be cleaned that we were set for a 9am to 12pm arrival. Absolutely amazing experience! The way Samuel & Sons Carpet Care does business is truly refreshing—they really care about their customers and focus on finding the best solutions. I had my wall-to-wall carpets and several area rugs steam cleaned in my new condo in Sun Valley. I called just a few days ahead, and Mason was able to fit me into the schedule right after my movers finished unloading everything. This worked out perfectly because Mason could clean the carpets while the rooms were still empty, making the job much easier.
