Our nearly new carpet had a major pet accident when our dog got sick, and the stains and odor were a big concern. So impressed with the carpet cleaning service. Mason was friendly, professional, and clearly focused on great customer care from start to finish. The pricing was fair and competitive, and the scheduling process was handled well even with a small address mix-up. He still made sure to arrive on the scheduled day, which I really appreciated.
