Great overall experience
Dr. Wu and his assistant were excellent.
I have been in law enforcement for 20 years and previously went to the office while on duty and there was never an issue. I am in a plain clothes assignment (no uniform). At my last visit I was told to take my service weapon back to my vehicle because, "We have a policy, and we don't want there to be a problem." I explained I was on duty and could not do that. I have been seeing Dr. Wu for 5 years. He is very responsive to my concerns and has always ordered additional test when he was concerned about what was going on. I have a great deal of confidence as my doctor
Horrendous office experiences at 7001 Forest Ave office. I had to wait 90 minutes one time, and they completely forgot about me. The man doing the testing was very upset that I had been left to wait that long. He wasn't even told by the staff that I had checked in (and I checked in early). A second time, I had to wait an hour, and they forgot about me again. I signed in, and the lady behind the desk was browsing her phone for an hour, and didn't even realize I was there. Dr. Wu is my mother's cardiologist. He returns our calls within the day, listens and responds to questions with great care. We feel very fortunate that he is our mother's cardiologist.
Dr. Wu has been my cardiologist for many years. He is attentive, knowledgeable and thorough. Great doctor!
Not impressed. Misdiagnosed me. Tried to tell me it was all psychiatric/nothing to worry about. Last time I went to his office, I waited over an hour and a half. He stayed in the room for less than 5 minutes. I had multiple concerns and he never ran additional tests or seemed to take me seriously. I was also not impressed with either one of the nurses I saw during my two visits. Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion from another local practice and got much better help.
