Sam Rifkin is a fantastic realtor! He just helped us with a quick relocation. We saw 10 houses in 5 hours (househunters speed dating!) talked them over, and picked one. He has a great eye for detail and a sense of humor. We never felt like he was trying to hard-sell us, but rather that we were working as partners to find the best house available in our price range.
